The Gaea Projects

Gaea Projects is an ongoing multi-universe world building initiative. The hope and goal is to build up a variety of worlds to appeal to as many people as possible!

The main world is “Gaea” which is the project’s namesake. Gaea (or Chronicles of Gaea) originated as a book series by my friend and I back when we were in high school in 2015. Slowly over the course of 11th and 12th grade the world kept expanding. It started out with an archipelago-like landmass with two nations (The Union and Dugania) and became three continents with dozens of nations by graduation in 2017, then six continents by 2019, and so on and so on. Know as of writing this post in 2025, Gaea has its six continents, nearly one-hundred islands and islets, Gods, civilizations with histories and cultures, as well as a constantly growing list of animals and wildlife.

Beyond the world of Gaea there is “Civil War ’94” : a world were the Soviet Union survives in 1991 and the United States collapses into civil war in 1994; “Terra Mysteria” : were the supernatural and unexplained is very real and very dangerous to the American people; and “Solar Ash” set in the near-distant future were the western hemisphere is destroyed by a gamma-ray burst from a nearby star and the survivors on Earth reach out into the solar system.

I, John Paul Myers Jr, hope to expand on these worlds through social media posts, books, and posts on this website. Hopefully, one day, even producing more bombastic ways to explore the worlds of the Gaea Projects! I welcome you all to these worlds as they are worlds made for everyone!
